Back Pain | Sciatica | Bulging Disc

Sciatica occurs when the sciatic nerve is pinched causing severe pain. The sciatic nerve starts in the low back and travels down the entire leg into the feet and big toe. The most common symptom that results from sciatica is pain that radiates down the leg. Ex-Marine David Abella was suffering from extreme back pain that was not allowing him to sleep. His doctor prescribed him numerous prescription drugs and sleeping pills. David’s doctor even went ahead and told him to double the amount of sleeping pills he was taking but still he suffered with severe back pain. Prescription drugs and back pain are often associated with one another, but these drugs are extremely dangerous and people need to understand what the effects of taking them can be.

There was an earlier blog post about Stephanie Hill and her treatment for sciatica. She had treatment at other physical therapy clinics and had not gotten better. Her primary complaint was pain in the back and hip and down her leg. Her pain was diagnosed by the others as sciatica; this is because the pain was down her leg in a typical pattern for sciatica.
